What You Need

1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup  bite-size shredded wheat cereal
1 small banana, sliced
1 tsp.  maple-flavored or pancake syrup

Make It

POUR 1/2 cup skim milk over 1 cup Post The Original Shredded Wheat Spoon Size Cereal in microwavable bowl.

TOP with 1 small banana, sliced. Drizzle with 1 tsp. maple or pancake syrup.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 1 min. or until heated through.

Substitute honey for maple syrup and 1/2 cup blueberries for banana.

" This recipe is quick, easy, and delicious. It's a bit soggy, but that's to be expected. I recommend adding a little bit extra milk because the cereal absorbs all the milk after it's been put in the microwave. Honey is a nice alternative to maple syrup, and soy milk works well."
