What You Need

1 plum tomato, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft 3 Cheese Mexicana Finely Shredded Cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Triscuit Original Crackers

Make It

HEAT barbecue to medium heat.

COMBINE tomatoes, garlic and dressing.

PLACE cream cheese on 8-inch-square sheet heavy-duty foil; top with tomato mixture and shredded cheese. Place on barbecue grate.

GRILL 8 to 10 min. or until shredded cheese is melted and cream cheese is softened, but still holds its shape. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with crackers.
