what you need

1 cup uncooked penne pasta
1/2 small rutabaga, cut in thick sticks
2 carrots, cut in coins
1 cup broccoli, florets
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup cubed Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Kraft Calorie Wise Three Cheese Ranch Dressing
1 Boston lettuce, washed and torn
2 carrots, cut in coins

make it

COOK pasta in boiling water until almost done; 5 minutes before end of cooking add rutabaga, carrots and broccoli. Cook until tender; drain.

TOSS with remaining ingredients, except lettuce.

LINE 4 large plates with lettuce; arrange salad. Serve warm
