What You Need

3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups mixed vegetables(corn, peas, carrots and green beans), thawed, drained
1 cup salsa
2-1/2 cups Kraft Old Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until chicken is done.

ADD vegetables and salsa; cook on medium heat 3 min. or until heated through.

DRAIN pasta. Add to skillet with cheese; stir until cheese is melted.

Shortcut
Have leftover chicken? Prepare recipe as directed, using 5 cups chopped leftover cooked chicken.
Substitute
For milder flavour, substitute 1 undrained can (398 mL) diced tomatoes for the salsa.
