Western-Style Flank Steak

What You Need

1 beef flank steak (2 lb./900 g)
1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Make It

PIERCE both sides of steak with fork; place in shallow dish. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.

GRILL steak 7 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Cut across the grain into thin slices.

How to Clean the Barbecue
Close lid of barbecue and heat on high heat 5 to 10 min. to burn away excess food residue. Turn heat off, then use long-handled wire brush to clean the barbecue grate.
Make Ahead
Steak can be marinated up to 24 hours before grilling as directed.
