What You Need

2 small lemons
1 cup Kraft Chicken'N Rib BBQ Sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 whole chickens (3 lb. each)
4 cloves garlic, peeled

Make It

HEAT barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat barbecue to 350ºF. Cut lemons in half. Squeeze juice into small bowl; reserve lemon halves for later use. Stir barbecue sauce and Italian seasoning into lemon juice.

TRIM and discard excess fat from chickens. Place 2 lemon halves and 2 garlic cloves inside each chicken cavity.

PLACE chickens, breast-sides up, on grate over unlit area; cover. Grill 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until done (170°F) monitoring for consistent grill temperature, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce mixture for the last 20 min. Discard lemons and garlic from chicken cavities before serving chicken.

Variation
Prepare as directed, using 1 large chicken (2 kg) and increasing the grill time to 1 hour 45 min. to 2 hours or until chicken is done (170ºF).
