COOK chicken in large covered nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (170ºF). Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.
COMBINE corn, 2 Tbsp. dressing, 1/2 tsp. cumin, lime zest and juice in microwaveable dish; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring after 4 min.
MEANWHILE, add tomatoes, remaining dressing and cumin to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add chicken; sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. Cover; simmer on low heat 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve with corn.
