We saved 36 calories and more than half the fat (4 g) from the original recipe by using Kraft Calorie-Wise and Light products and a blended part-skim mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. We also upped the vitamin C content by increasing both the broccoli and red pepper, making the dip a good source of vitamin C.
