
Enjoying that Bollywood movie will seem extra special when you try these great tikkis. Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter is the star attraction in these treats.
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 green chilies, sliced
2 slices white bread, cut into small squares
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
COMBINE ingredients. Shape into 8 balls, using about 1/4 cup for each; flatten slightly.
ADD 4 tikkis to skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook 10 min. or until crisp and golden brown on both sides, carefully turning after 5 min.
REPEAT with remaining tikkis.
Serve as dippers with cucumber yogurt raita, or with mint or tamarind chutney on the side.
Serve with Kraft Sweet’n Sour Chutney for dipping.
