
No need for a mortar and pestle to make this creamy chutney. Just zip it in your blender until smooth. This quick to prepare sauce is ready in no time to serve with roti, samosa aur chawal.
1 cup fresh coriander (cilantro)
1 tub (227 g) Philadelphia Dips Jalapeño
1/2 cup fresh mint
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
BLEND all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Serve with samosas or biryani.
This chutney makes a great dip for vegetable sticks or assorted Christie Crackers.
