

Cook up this tasty, authentic Gujarati dish and your husband will shout out 'hoon thaney prem karoo choo!'
200 g paneer cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 cup undrained canned diced tomatoes
1 cup water
1 cup frozen peas
2 Tbsp. frozen shredded coconut
2 Tbsp. Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
COMBINE all ingredients except fresh coriander and lemon juice in medium nonstick skillet.
BRING to boil on medium-high heat; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until slightly thickened.
STIR in remaining ingredients.
Serve with warm naan.
