
300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) spaghetti, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup matchlike carrot sticks
1 cup coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
1/4 cup Kraft Signature Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
COOK spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
HEAT oil in large skillet on high heat. Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in next 4 ingredients; cook and stir 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
ADD spaghetti and remaining ingredients; cook and stir 1 min. or until heated through.
Substitute your favourite Chinese noodles for the spaghetti, a red pepper for the green pepper and/or shredded cabbage for the coleslaw blend.
