1-1/2 lb. (675 g) salmon fillets
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pesto Parmesan Dressing
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
HEAT oven to 425ºF.
PLACE fish in single layer in shallow pan lined with parchment paper.
MIX next 5 ingredients; spoon over fish. Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
BAKE 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Substitute your favourite Kraft Dressing for the Parmesan dressing.
