

This flavourful and aromatic dish is also very easy to prepare. A delight for all vegetarians and cheese lovers!
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
200 g (1/2 of 400-g pkg.) paneer cheese, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Kraft Signature Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add cumin seed; cook and stir 30 sec.
STIR in vegetables, paneer and seasonings; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and paneer is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
REMOVE from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Substitute extra-firm tofu for the paneer.
Serve with naan.
