1-1/2 lb. (675 g) rainbow trout fillets
1/3 cup Kraft Signature Mango Chipotle Dressing
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/4 cup finely chopped peeled English cucumbers
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
HEAT oven to 400ºF.
PLACE fish in single layer in parchment-lined pan. Mix next 4 ingredients. Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture; brush remaining onto fish.
BAKE 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, combine reserved dressing mixture and remaining ingredients.
SERVE fish topped with vegetable mixture.
Prepare using salmon fillets.
