

Need a new idea to jazz up your rice and impress your guests? This easy recipe featuring paneer fits the bill!
1 Tbsp. oil
200 g (1/2 of 400-g pkg.) paneer cheese, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 cups cooked basmati rice
1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
1/3 cup Kraft Signature Asian Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on high heat.
ADD next 8 ingredients; cook and stir 7 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
STIR in all remaining ingredients; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. until heated through.
Prepare using whatever vegetables you have on hand, such as broccoli, cabbage, peas and/or mushrooms.
Bring 1 L (4 cups) water to boil in large saucepan on high heat. Meanwhile, rinse 1 cup basmati rice. Add rice to boiling water; simmer on medium heat 10 min. or just until rice is tender. Drain rice; spread onto baking sheet; cool completely. Use as directed in recipe.
