

This recipe originated in the 1940s at a restaurant in Peshawar and is now famous around the world. Now you can invite your mehmaan to enjoy this taste in your own mahal, your home!
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Dressing
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 Tbsp. Kraft Catalina Dressing
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb./900 g)
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
HEAT oven to 350oF.
MIX first 6 ingredients until well blended.
POUR over chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; turn chicken to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Cover.
BAKE 40 min. or until chicken is done (170oF). Serve chicken topped with sauce and cilantro.
Serve with 4 cups hot cooked basmati rice.
