

The name of this popular colourful dessert from Pakistan means "sweet lips". Kraft Jell-O makes it extra easy to prepare!
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
3 Tbsp. Bird's Custard Powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
2-1/2 cups milk
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1 tsp. ground cardamom
1 banana, sliced
1 apple, peeled, chopped
1 pear, peeled, chopped
1 navel orange, peeled, sectioned
1 cup halved seedless green grapes
1/4 cup Back to Nature Trail Mix - Almonds, Raisins, Cranberries and Pistachios, chopped
PREPARE jelly as directed on package; pour into 8-inch square dish. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
MEANWHILE, mix custard powder and sugar in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour into medium bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
CUT jelly into 1/2-inch cubes. Whisk Cool Whip and cardamom into custard mixture. Combine fruit. Layer fruit, jelly and custard mixture in 8 parfait glasses or dessert bowls; top with trail mix. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Prepare using your favourite flavour of Jell-O Jelly Powder.
