

It’s easy to liven up your Koftas! Just add your favourite spices to ground beef, blend in Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing and Stove Top Stuffing Mix. You’ll be amazed at the results!
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
1-1/2 tsp. garam masala
1-1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
HEAT oven to 400oF.
MIX ingredients until well blended.
SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) meatballs; place in 15x10x3/4-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 20 min. or until done (160oF).
To serve with raita, combine 1-1/4 cups each finely chopped English cucumbers and plain Balkan-style yogurt, 2/3 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing and 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint. (Note: Nutrition Information does not include raita.)
For stronger curry flavour, add 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves to meat mixture before shaping into meatballs.
