

This delectable thick, creamy and spicy dish originated from the palaces of India. The best part is you can prepare it chutki baja kay in your own home.
1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. grated gingerroot
200 g (1/2 of 400-g pkg.) paneer cheese, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
MIX first 3 ingredients until well blended; set aside.
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 2 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add paneer and seasonings; cook and stir 2 min. or until paneer is lightly browned.
ADD tomato mixture; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice.
Add 1/2 cup frozen peas or other frozen vegetables to paneer mixture with tomato mixture.
Serve with Kraft Calcutta Chicken Koftas and 2 cups hot cooked basmati rice.
