

Balsamic dressing and a blend of seasonings team up to flavour the roasted cauliflower |
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
4 cups small cauliflower florets
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
HEAT oven to 425ºF.
MIX first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add cauliflower; toss to coat. Spread onto baking sheet.
BAKE 25 min. or until cauliflower is tender and lightly browned. Spoon into serving bowl.
ADD coriander and lemon juice; mix lightly.
For added colour and spice, add 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric and an additional 1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper to seasoning mixture before tossing with cauliflower.
Here's a tasty way to eat your vegetables. As a bonus, the cauliflower provides an excellent source of vitamin C.
