

Missing the taste of the road-side theley waala's bun kabab? Bring home the same flavours with this chat-pata recipe!
1 lb. (450 g) lean ground chicken
12 Ritz Crackers, finely crushed (about 1/3 cup)
1/4 cup Kraft Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground fennel
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1 egg
4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
4 lettuce leaves
4 thin red onion slices
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat.
MIX chicken, cracker crumbs, shredded cheese, seasonings and egg until well blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
GRILL 7 to 8 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping with Kraft Singles for the last minute.
FILL buns with lettuce, kabab patties, onions and tomatoes.
For added flavour, spread bottom half of each bun with 1 tsp. each mint chutney and tamarind chutney before topping with remaining ingredients as directed.
Prepare using ground beef or lamb.
