What You Need!

1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
4 cups baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Creamy Cucumber Dressing

1/4 cup shredded paneer cheese

1 tsp. garam masala

1 tsp. ground cumin

1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper

1 can (235 g) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

1/4 cup flour

1 egg, beaten

1 Tbsp. sesame seed

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Make It!

HEAT oil in medium skillet on high heat. Add next 4 ingredients; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add spinach; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or just until wilted. Cool 5 min. Stir in dressing, paneer and seasonings. Refrigerate 15 min.
MEANWHILE heat oven to 375ºF. Unroll crescent dough on lightly floured surface; pat into 12x8-inch rectangle. Firmly press perforations together to seal. Cover with spinach mixture. Roll up dough, starting at one long side; cut crosswise into 12 pieces. Place, cut-sides down, on baking sheet. Brush lightly with egg; sprinkle with sesame seed and crushed pepper.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until crusts are golden brown.

Substitute:

Prepare using 1 can (391 g) refrigerated pizza dough.
