PB & J French Toast
Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter and Kraft Pure Strawberry Jam

What You Need!

8 slices whole wheat bread
1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter, divided
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
1/4 cup Kraft Pure Strawberry Jam, divided
1 tsp. icing sugar

Make It!

MAKE 4 sandwiches with bread and peanut butter.
WHISK eggs and milk in pie plate. Melt 1 tsp. margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat. Dip 1 sandwich in egg mixture, turning to soak both sides. Add to skillet. Repeat with second sandwich. Cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining margarine, egg mixture and sandwiches.

TOP sandwiches with jam; cut in half. Sprinkle with sugar.

Cooking Know-How:

Day-old bread works best since it absorbs the egg mixture better.
