1 tsp. water
1 tsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
1 whole wheat English muffin, split, toasted
1 Kraft Singles Cheese Slice
BEAT egg and water until well blended.
MELT margarine in small skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook 1 min. or until set, stirring frequently.
FILL muffin halves with eggs and Kraft Singles.
The secret to successfully scrambling eggs is to cook them slowly over low heat. Resist the temptation to rush the cooking process by using a higher heat as this results in overcooked, rubbery-textured eggs.
