1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Creamy Cucumber Dressing
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. saffron threads
200 g (1/2 of 400-g pkg.) paneer cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/4 red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
HEAT greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
COMBINE first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Refrigerate 15 min.
THREAD paneer, peppers and onions alternately onto 8 skewers.
GRILL 12 to 15 min. or until paneer and vegetables are softened and lightly browned, turning after 7 min.
Thread cherry tomatoes onto the skewers with remaining ingredients before grilling as directed.
Serve with coriander-mint chutney.
