  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Egg wash halibut then dip into ground almond, press firmly into fish. Refrigerate until ready to sear.
  • Melt butter in pan, heat to medium high. Sear both sides of fish. Place in oven 5-10 minutes depending on thickness.
  • While fish is in oven, make sauce. Remove fish from oven let sit for minute, cover with sauce.

Notes

Can make this with or without sauce. Garnish can be cilantro or parsley.
