  • 1. Preheat oven to 500°F. Separate egg whites, and discard yoke. Beat egg whites in small bowl. Mix almonds and Montreal steak spice on plate. Place flour on another plate.
  • 2. Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper. Dredge salmon in flour, shaking off excess. Lightly brush top of salmon with beaten egg. Press face down into almond mixture, pressing lightly so that almond and seasoning mixture stick. Place on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle any remaining crumb mixture evenly over fish; press gently to adhere.
  • 3. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with lemon wedges.
