  • In a large bowl, combine all-purpose and whole wheat flours, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter and maple syrup; pour over dry ingredients and add apples.
  • Ladle batter onto hot nonstick griddle or skillet. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
