  • Cook chow mein according to pkg. directions. In pan or wok stir fry vegetables. Toss together chow mein and vegetables.
  • Place in fridge to cool (maybe half hour).
  • When cooled, you can toss under cold water to loosen chow mein. Before serving, toss with dressing and serve.

Notes

Any kind of vegetables can be added or taken away. If I don't have certain veggies I go with just yellow or orange peppers and red onions. Any combination will work. The salad is served cold so its great for taking to BBQs etc.. I have also tried it with the Mandarin Orange dressing and it was good but not as good as the sesame dressing.
