  • Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  • Place half the margarine and brown sugar in each half and mash together with a spoon until mixed. Spread this mixture around the cut surface of the squash, even the top edges! These will brown up nice and yummy.
  • Place in a shallow baking dish and bake in a 350 degrees F oven for one hour or until easy to prick with a fork. Remove from oven and slice each half into 1/2 again and serve, trying to keep a bit of the juice in each 1/4. Enjoy!

Notes

For a bit of extra flavor add a little shake of cinnamon.
