  • Drain all cans of beans. May have to wash the 6 bean blend.
  • Combine the ingredients for the dressing in a jar and shake well to mix up and melt the sugar.
  • Place the beans, onion, mushrooms, celery and green pepper in a large bowl (with a lid if available). Pour the dressing over the vegetables. Let set for 24 hours to combine the flavors.

Notes

I use a larger Tupperware bowl with the lid, as I just turn it upside down every once in a while. When serving, can be drained. Splenda can be substituted in this recipe. This is NOT a sour bean salad.
