  • In a wok or deep fry pan, brown ground beef, remove to plate.
  • Add oil to wok and add onion, garlic, celery, carrots and ginger and saute until slightly crisp. Add remaining vegetables, soya sauce and oyster sauce, browned beef, and white wine (if needed to keep moist). Add salt & pepper as needed.
  • Toss, cover and cook for a few minutes until vegetables are to your liking. Add cooked broad egg noodles or Chinese fried noodles if preferred.

Notes

This dish can be "expanded" with additional vegetables to feed quite a large group of people.
