  • 1. Preheat oven and bake the French fries according to package directions.
  • 2. Pour the Italian, Ranch dressing and milk into a microwaveable bowl and stir until well blended. Heat in microwave until hot stirring frequently.
  • 3. Divide lettuce among four dinner plates. Layer the warm French fries, roast beef, and the cheddar cheese on top of the lettuce. Pour the hot dressing mixture on top of the cheddar cheese. Serve immediately.

Notes

Thinly sliced beef steak may be used if no leftover roast beef is available. Sweet potato fries or hash browns may be used in place of regular fries. You can alter amounts of the ingredients according to taste.
