  • Add the seasoning salt, basil, and garlic powder to crumbs. You can add more or less to whatever you prefer.
  • I usually use this recipe for back ribs. I cut the ribs into individual pieces. Then I put them in a large mixing bowl. Then I add Miracle Whip (not mayo) to the ribs and stir them around, just enough to coat them all just a little bit. You don't need very much. Then you roll them around in the bread crumb mixture and place them on the dripping tray (I don't know what it is called but you get this tray when you buy any new oven). All the fat goes into the bottom tray. This is a must for this recipe because when they are done it should look like they were deep fried…nice and crispy.

Notes

This is a great recipe for ribs and chicken. If you want to use for fish or anything else just substitute basil for sage. It doesn't really matter what you put in because I think the Miracle Whip step is what makes it. Breading is easy. You can make your own bread crumbs or I just buy them from the store. Just make sure they are fine grind. When I heard about this recipe I laughed because of the Miracle Whip. But if you try the ribs to exactly the way I explained you will make these every week. I got all my friends and family addicted to this recipe. They make chicken, fish but I like ribs the best...Back ribs are the best for this recipe....enjoy.
