  • Add vinegar to milk to make it sour; set aside.
  • Mix margarine and brown sugar until fluffy, add egg and mix well. Add vanilla, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix and add flour and quick oats. Gradually add the sour milk and mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated, but do not over mix as this may make the muffins too dense. Last stir in blueberries.
  • Fill lined muffin tins about 3/4 full.
  • Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until done.

Notes

Enjoy for breakfast or a snack anytime.
