  • Combine room temperature cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip with beaters.
  • Fill cooled baked tarts with 5-6 blueberries. Add 1 large Tbsp. of cream cheese mixture to top of blueberries. Refrigerate.
  • Sauce: Add 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, water and salt to mashed leftover blueberries. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool. Spoon 1 Tbsp. over cream cheese mixture and done. Refrigerate and cover.
