  • In a medium sized sauce pan, over medium high heat melt butter. Add cut up veggies.
  • When veggies are limp, stir in flour (there should still be lots of melted butter/veggie juice in pan). Add milk and chicken broth stir, stir and stir. Turn temperature down to medium low. Add chicken & Velveeta cheese - stir. Add buffalo chicken sauce - stir. Add spices - stir. Stir occasionally until cheese has melted
  • Spoon into bowls and add a bit of crumbled blue cheese on top (visually appealing and who doesn't love cheese). Serve with a fresh baguette.
