  • Melt butter and add Kraft dressing. Add chicken whole or cut into 1-inch pieces and onion. Saute until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in blender or a bowl and using hand held blender puree sauce until smooth.
  • Add sauce to chicken and simmer, uncovered on med low heat for 5-10 min or until cooked through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with basmati rice.

Notes

Fast and easy and more tasty than jarred sauces. Works well in slow cooker too.
