  • 1. Wash and cut all vegetables.
  • 2. Place all cabbage, potatoes, tomato, peas, tofu, salt, curry powder, Garam Indian Masla, onions, ginger/garlic, green chili pepper, and olive oil in oven pan make sure everything is distributed well.
  • 3. Cover oven pan and put it in the oven at 400°F.
  • 4. After 15-20 minutes check and mix with spoon. Then return it to the oven. Then after 45 minutes it should be ready.

Feel free to add other types of vegetables to this recipe to diversify your food.
