  • Wash cauliflower and tomatoes.
  • Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces and put into a large container with a tight lid, add tomatoes and dressing.
  • Refrigerate overnight tossing to coat with dressing several times.

Notes

I make this recipe every Canada Day and for family BBQ's. Will keep in fridge for at least 3 days. Recipe can be doubled depending on size of crowd.
