  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line desired pan with parchment paper. Grate cauliflower either by hand or in food processor. Microwave on high for 2-3 min or until softened. Let cool.
  • Add all ingredients until it comes together. If need add tablespoon of water. Place on parchment lined pan and mold to desired shape for pizza. Bake at 450 degrees F for 45-55 min, depending on oven and desired doneness.
  • Take out once golden and crisp. Add sprinkle of parm. Add sauce or garlic oil. Add Shredded Cheese and all other toppings. Bake at 400 degrees F until bubbly and golden. Let cool for 10-15 min prior to cutting. Delish!

Notes

Bake crust for enough time, I took it out a little too soon and it had to be eaten with a knife and fork. Don’t put too much on for toppings, it will make it too heavy, and it doesn’t need it at all. I used roasted garlic, fresh basil and olive oil instead of red sauce, it was amazing. Don’t use too much oil as a lot comes out of the cheese within the crust. Use this recipe for Cauliflower Pizza Sticks: Sprinkle parm on dough once molded, bake - cool, then simply cut crust into sticks and serve with marinara sauce Cauliflower Pizza Bites: Instead of making a pizza, put small amount into small cupcake tins, serve with marinara sauce also. You can add any toppings to these also. Bake first same as pizza, then add and bake again.
