  • 1. Saute onions in veg oil in heavy, deep pan (uncovered) on medium heat. Add herbs and spices. Remove from pan.
  • 2. Add meat, break up. Brown meat. Add beans, chili seasoning and diced tomatoes. Mix well. Let some liquid evaporate.
  • 3. Add cheddar cheese soup. Mix well.

Notes

This is a gooey, yummy nutritious meal served with French bread, crusty bread, eaten over brown rice or whole wheat pasta, or as I had it, in a tortilla with lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.
