  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan. Add onion, garlic, and squash. Cook for 1 min.
  • Add water and lentils and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 min. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then blend in beaten egg and 3/4 cup of cheese.
  • Pour into an 8" square casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and sesame seeds and bake for 45 min.
