  • 1. Mix cream cheese & bacon bits.
  • 2. Gently beat eggs, and then add milk, salt and pepper.
  • 3. Melt butter in non-stick fry pan. Add cream cheese & bacon mix to butter and stir over medium heat until soft. Add eggs and stir constantly over medium heat until nearly ready, then add grated cheese. Keep stirring until consistently thick and smooth. Serve with warm crusty bread, tomatoes and your favourite green veggies.

Notes

I came up with this when I needed a quick dinner before an evening meeting. I had some leftover cream cheese/bacon mix from Kraft's "Cream Cheese Bacon Croissants", which are also awesome and very popular at parties. This is easily the best plate of scrambled eggs my husband and I have ever tasted! Simple, quick and very tasty. The amounts are easily changed to suit different numbers of servings.
