Sometimes I will save 1/2 of the cheese to sprinkle on top of the dip before it goes in the oven but then once the dip cools down a bit, the cheese hardens and makes it a little difficult to dip the chips.
Also, if you're not a big fan of garlic, only add 1/2 tsp. - just enough to give it a little kick.
I usually have to double this recipe if I'm having a big crowd over because it's such a huge hit! My friends are always asking for this recipe!
