  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Whip the softened cream cheese and Miracle Whip together with hand mixer until smooth or with few lumps.
  • Add chopped cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon and chopped green onions. Add garlic and shredded cheese; mix all ingredients well with a spoon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place in oven until edges are golden brown and bubbling, approx. 20 minutes.

Notes

Sometimes I will save 1/2 of the cheese to sprinkle on top of the dip before it goes in the oven but then once the dip cools down a bit, the cheese hardens and makes it a little difficult to dip the chips. Also, if you're not a big fan of garlic, only add 1/2 tsp. - just enough to give it a little kick. I usually have to double this recipe if I'm having a big crowd over because it's such a huge hit! My friends are always asking for this recipe!
