  • Chop celery and add salt and pepper. Boil till tender.
  • Mix cornstarch with cold water and add to cooked hot celery. Cook till cornstarch thickens about 3 minutes.
  • Add cheese and ranch salad dressing.

Notes

This is good over mashed potatoes, French fries or even meat. Variations: use cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, or onions in place of celery.
