  • Lightly grease 9 x 13 baking pan (or larger). Mix together shredded chicken, yogurt, black beans, chilies and 1/3 cup of the cheese.
  • Stack tortillas on microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes, until pliable. Put approx. 3 Tbsp. filling into tortilla, roll up, and place in baking pan seam side down. Continue with rest of tortillas. Spread salsa on top of tortillas, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes. Serve with white rice.
