  • 1. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Add in chicken, onion, garlic, and celery. Cook until chicken is brown.
  • 2. Add in rice, fry for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add in margarine, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and salt & pepper. Mix until margarine is melted.
  • 4. Add beaten eggs, stirring constantly. Fry until egg is done. Serve warm.

Notes

Can also be made as a side for another dinner entree, you can exclude chicken.
