  • Remove all meat fom the chicken and cut into small cubes, set aside.
  • In bowl add ingredients in following order: Kraft Mayonnaise, curry powder, finely chopped cilantro, finely diced red pepper, Zest from one whole lime, fresh lime juice, and Pataks Sweet Mango Chutney (if mango chunks are too big dice smaller). Mix all ingredients together. Add chicken at end and toss lightly to coat.
  • Spoon into Croustades shells to serve.


If it's too dry add a little more mayo and lime juice toss again. If you have leftover filling, add it into centre of Boston Lettuce leaves, roll and serve or put into middle of a crepe, roll and serve with a dollop of sour cream mixed with a little Philadelphia Cream Cheese. You could also serve leftover on buttered buns or with crackers.
